Service Description

In your initial consultation, I will gather important information regarding symptoms, medical history, family history, diet, lifestyle and physical signs to help give me a thorough understanding of your current health status. In the initial consultation, we will discuss: Current and past health concerns Current dietary and lifestyle habits and social and environmental factors Personal health goals Physical examination Review of recent blood tests or functional testing Referral for additional testing if required Following your initial consultation, I will email you an individualised treatment plan within 1-2 business days. This plan will include treatment goals, dietary and lifestyle advice. The treatment plan may also include a prescription of herbal medicine, nutritional supplements and/or energetic medicine. *Note: Additional fees apply to any prescriptions administered or functional testing required.
